Hi Cole, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factors behind our business are our customers and our ability to execute. On average our customers book at least two of our travel experiences. This speaks to our companies ability to execute the plan we present to them several months in advance.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Sisters Traveling Solo (STS) is an innovative travel company offering unmatched travel experiences created to inspire and empower sisters to boldly explore the world solo. The idea for STS was sparked after I read an online post discouraging black women from traveling solo. As a woman of color (WOC), who frequently travels around the world solo the post disturbed me. My passion for traveling, solo experiences and wanting to help other sisters led to the creation of STS. STS specifically focuses on Women of Color. Catering to all travel styles, we offer traditional trips, cultural experiences, and solo getaways. Every trip is hand-curated with our sisters in mind. Additionally, we are offer special discounts and flexible payment plans. We have built an online sisterhood of over 92,000 women who can connect with women similar to them on their travel journey.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would likely take them to Ponce City Market for some rooftop views, Iman park to people watch, or Poor Calvin’s for some great food and drinks.
