Meet Caleb King | Rapper/ Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Caleb King and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Caleb, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
The most important lesson my rap career has taught me is whatever you do you have to give it 100%. You have to be consistent and no matter who else or if no one else believes in you, you have to really believe and push yourself to to believe in you. Lastly, you have to be disciplined.

Alright, so let’s move onto what sets you apart from others.
I was born in North Carolina , but mostly raised in Tennessee so those are my roots. What sets me apart from others would be my drive and determination. Also my style, from what I like to wear and the pieces I put together. I am never just confined to one box and that makes me very multidimensional. My flow and cadence & my beat selection I think also sets me apart from the crowd. I struggle with anxiety , being socially awkward and over came a speech impediment at a young age, so the odds were definitely stacked against me and still are. It was not and is not easy to overcome, You have to wake up everyday and really tell yourself you are great and capable and that you are not your insecurities. I learned you set the tone for your life and however you show up for yourself is how other will show up for you and how your career and future will turn out. I would like the world to know I am for the people who felt like they never could or would never make it out their struggle or battles. For the awkward weird people, the lgbtq community who is afraid to be their self in this judgmental world I am doing this for all of us.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would say you of course have to be a hookah ho that whole week and eat good.
To turn up some spots I would suggest would be Onyx, Magic City, Teranga City, Truth, fin and feathers is a chill fun vibe
Food wise Of course American Deli, Atl Wings, wings and burger factory , Jamaican food in Atl for the most part is bussin.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
God and my mother deserve all recognition in my story. God has really kept me in times when I really needed it. My mother believed in me and funded a lot of things for me when I first began music in 2021.
