We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Dawson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Freedom of working for myself and being able to create generational wealth for my family. I have a serious passion for cars and i knew i stood out from a crowd with the knowledge i have about cars and the things i am able to make work with cars. My ultimate goal was to turn my favorite hobby into a career that generates an income to provide for my family. Next it to make this career and 1 hobby create 7 different streams of income to provide for my family.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
It was not easy getting to where i am today. It took a lot of early mornings and late nights. I became a bit immune to it as well as i was doing something i actually have a passion for. A lesson i learned along the way is the easiest way to make fix something is first by understanding how it exactly works. In my free time i enjoy doing research and just educating myself about cars and other hobbies i may enjoy.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First and foremost i would take them to cars and coffee. This is an event where car enthusiasts meet up and check out each other car. Here you can see some of the most exotic cars. I would do dining at southern bar and grill downtown which have great soul food. The Galleria mall would be a great place to hangout and shop along with eating. Gun range would be a great spot to have fun and gain better knowledge with firearms. We also have a top golf we can eat and have fun at as well as Dave & Buster. The list goes on with activities and dining options.

I would like to shoutout Oneshot Performance and everyone who supported and made it possible. I am the owner but i also have a partner that made sure Oneshot Performance was on the right track along the way with content creating.
