We had the good fortune of connecting with Bizuayehu Kassa and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bizuayehu, how do you think about risk?
I believe that risk is an inherent part of life and that taking risks is necessary for personal growth and development. In my career, I have always been willing to take calculated risks in order to push myself outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself to reach new heights. These risks have often led to new opportunities and successes that I may not have experienced otherwise. Overall, I believe that taking risks is essential for achieving personal and professional growth and I am not afraid to take them in order to continue moving forward in my life and career.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a tax professional, I take pride in providing reliable and accurate tax preparation services to individuals and businesses. I am most proud of the relationships I have built with my clients over the years. I strive to provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Getting to where I am today in my business was not easy. I faced challenges such as fierce competition, changing tax laws, and economic downturns. However, I overcame these challenges by staying informed and updated on tax laws, continuously improving my skills, and adapting to the ever-changing business environment.
One of the biggest lessons I have learned along the way is the importance of building trust and credibility with my clients. By being honest, transparent, and reliable, I have been able to establish long-lasting relationships with my clients and earn their loyalty.
I want the world to know that my brand is built on integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the complex world of taxes and strive to provide them with peace of mind knowing that their financial affairs are in good hands.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my mother Workie Birhanu. She has been my biggest supporter, cheerleader, and mentor throughout my life and career. Her unwavering love, encouragement, and belief in me have been instrumental in shaping me into the person I am today. She has always been there to offer guidance, support, and wisdom, and I am endlessly grateful for everything she has done for me. My mom deserves all the credit and recognition in my story, and I am truly blessed to have her in my life. The journey we have crossed, roots from Africa to America and it was always me and her against the world. I would also like to spotlight both my dads solomon and Bekele and my brothers Taye and Biniyam they are also my motivation.
