We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Michelle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrea, how do you think about risk?
Risk are hella scary. Period! But I will say that they are necessary because without them we can never really see what we are truly made of. When I moved to Los Angeles at  (insert age lol) I was winging it and following the dream of wanting more for my life and to experience new things. I learned [insert your words] and more importantly I got to see the risk actually pay off. Because of that experience I can take risks and enjoy the journey because I know what I can do and I know that I can win, because even when it looks like failure I learn, and then life sets me up for the next victory.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
When I first moved to Los Angeles I had limited access to full figured fashion. It wasn’t until a friend of mine and her grandmother introduced me to the world of thrifting. Thrifting opened up my eyes to the art of style and taking risks with fashion and expressing myself. I wanted to share this new experience with girls and women like me who didn’t want to be boxed in to the limited shopping options available. Despite the larger access to inclusive sizing in todays fashion I still have an appreciation for the unique and rare finds of a good vintage haul, which is what I strive to bring to my community of bold and unapologetic curvy woman; Its about the art of creating looks vs just getting dressed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My friends all know everyday life is my Runway, I’m always looking for a reason to get dressed! When my friends visit with me they already know it’s a classy time. I would find local Elegant Restaurants and bars for us to be the flyest in the building. I’m also a very relaxed day spa, wine tasting Pamper me like a queen type of woman. That would definitely be on the Agenda and it would be my treat ♥️

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
