We had the good fortune of connecting with Adam Schneider and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adam, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
I have two favorite quotes:

“With the greatest risks come the greatest rewards.”

“Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.”

The first one is my constant to reminder to not be complacent. Unless you have extreme luck, you have to risk big to win big and thus create your own luck.

The second is straight from Ferris Bueller and I love how it tells us all to not take life too seriously and to also enjoy each and every moment, even the small ones. Enjoy the process and well as the end game.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I run 2 very different businesses, so I guess I have needed to become a chameleon of sorts. Adam Schneider Voiceover (www.adamschneider.com) offers full service voiceover, from commercials and promos to radio stations and podcasts to narrations and everything in between. Basically, if it needs a voice, I can deliver it. Full service audio production is also offered. I got my start years ago working in radio in Boston (my hometown) and later Columbus, Ohio, Atlanta, Miami, FL, and back to Atlanta. Radio taught me how emotion is the ultimate thing that makes someone gravitate toward a particular brand. Pull them in emotionally and you’ve got their attention. Super serve them as a client, and you have a business partner for life. That may be where a lot of businesses go wrong: they should look at their clients as business partners. Without clients, you don’t have a business so treat them as you would want to be treated. That is the hidden essence of branding.

With Luxe Style Studio (www.luxestylestudio.com), I handle the operations and logistics for our full service luxury interior design firm. I am less of a creative here (although I do contribute some) and instead have to fully put my business cap on. It is a complete departure, in a way, from my other company but I absolutely love it. I think it’s because while I am creative at heart, my brain has always functioned in a very logical way so protocol, numbers, logistics, etc come very naturally to me.

However, the same ethos applies to both Adam Schneider Voiceover and Luxe Style Studio: deliver the highest quality product with passion and sophistication. Again, it’s about emotion. I want to give my clients a positive emotional response; that “it” factor.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Now, we’re talking! I am a foodie and love to travel, so this is completely in my wheelhouse.

There are so many great restaurants: Arnette’s Chop Shop in Brookhaven (Our go-to steakhouse. Get the Spinalis and thank me later.) Pizza By Yandy’s in Sandy Springs is a relatively unknown gem and I think it’s by far the best pizza in the city, with the NY style and Detroit style both being equally great. Another favorite is Kurt’s Euro Bistro in Duluth. It’s a very true Austrian/German restaurant. NFA Burger in Dunwoody is always great. And for sushi, Fudo in Chamblee is our go-to. Also, a big shoutout to Monkey 68 in Alpharetta, who did an amazing custom omakase experience for my birthday. Absolutely wow!

For drinks, give me a good rooftop: St. Julep, Moonlight, Spaceman, Up On The Roof; or a brewery: Bold Monk, Gate City, New Realm, Cherry Street. If you’re up for a small roadtrip, the vineyards in Dahlonega are on par with any other in the country: Kaya, Wolf Mountain, Cottage, Cavender Creek, Three Sisters, etc.

Atlanta has a bunch to offer so just pick your style. There’s plenty to do outdoors (scooters on the Beltline, hike Kennesaw or Stone Mountain) as well as a bunch of fun areas to explore: hang out at the Battery, Ponce City Market, downtown Roswell, downtown Alpharetta, downtown Decatur, and even Dunwoody is starting to finally expand and build.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my wife and business partner, Ashley Schneider. Besides always being my #1 fan and cheerleader for Adam Schneider Voiceover, she is also the creative force behind Luxe Style Studio. It is both amazing to work with her and inspiring to watch first hand her create and innovate. She is the ultimate problem solver and exemplifies the ‘can-do’ attitude while always keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
