I define success as the ability to help another person’s knowledge increase. I believe that knowledge is power and that when you know something you are better prepared to handle situations, have a better adaptability to change, and can expand your knowledge to endless growths and other opportunities. As a mother, wife, and entrepreneur, I like to think that the more you know, the more you grow. I speak words of encouragement, power, and strength to those I encounter to remind them that nothing is impossible and that they have what it takes, just have to try and give it their best. Being a leader and seeing the growth and development of my family and peers, is truly rewarding; success for me is knowing I’ve helped someone or that I’ve left a good impression on them. Read more>>

Success for me is defined in different ways. Success in my existence is to build bonds with the people that I have been blessed to have in my life as my family and close friends in a way that transcends my lifetime. Success in my work is to lend my life energy to moving the arc of time toward justice in every capacity I currently have and will be blessed to have access to. Success is not the accomplishment of pursuits, but the evolution into the version of me that must be attained in order to produce results. If you are searching for it you already missed it. It finds you through whom you become. There is a better disciplined version, better cultured version, better spiritual version of me- this kind of growth is greater than my doing.
