We had the good fortune of connecting with Arsheana Rhodes and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Arsheana, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is my passion and drive to hustle. I grew up learning from my grandma, who was a businesswoman and hustler by nature. She taught me how to endure and overcome many obstacles.
Since the age of 14 I’ve strived to build my skills and character as a CEO which ultimately pushed me to effectively thrive in the hair industry.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I believe that my drive, passion, and ambition sets me apart from others. I’ve had many challenges that shaped me into the person that I am today. My grandma made me realize how important my role in life is.
After her loss, I understood that my purpose was to continue to carry her legacy.
I named by brand after her (Pearls of Luxury)
Which represents her loving spirit, hard work, and dedication in addition to my passion to transform women of all walks of life one head at a time.
