Hi Razal, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of RKB Coring is hard work, the drive to be the best, and the goal of never having to work for anyone else again.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our hard work and dedication to customer service sets us apart. We routinely go the extra mile to make sure we exceed our customers expectations. Customer satisfaction is our goal. I’m excited about what the future holds now with the pandemic hopefully subsiding. We are a small company that has had year over year growth. I think my proudest moments are when my customers inform me that RKB Coring is the best at what we do and that they will see us on the next job. It definitely wasn’t easy to get to where RKB Coring is today. There was a lot of sleepless nights, doubts, and doors closed before even one chance was given to prove ourselves. RKB Coring has overcome these challenges by being relentless and not accepting failure as an option. The biggest lesson I have learned is growing a business and a brand takes time, and it’s usually not on your schedule. I want the world to know when you call RKB Coring you will be getting a company dedicated to exceeding the customers expectations for productivity, cleanliness, safety and professionalism. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The organization that I would like to shoutout would be Concrete Visions. The partnership started about a year after RKB Coring was formed. Our partnership makes a complete package. He scans for the clients and I core and cut creating a seamless process for our customers.
