We had the good fortune of connecting with Margaret Phiri and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Margaret, how do you think about risk?
Risks cause me to get out of my comfort zone and push me into the next level of growth. I jump headfirst into something that I find intriguing and give it my all. I have no regrets about any of the choices made in my career. Things have a wonderful way of working out. I will either chalk it up to a lesson learned or a victory. I have taken dozens of risks in my life and it continues to be an exciting adventure.
What should our readers know about your business?
I own a marking and branding company. I work with consultants who need help in developing and marketing their online presence. What sets me apart is that I work one on one with my clients. People are at different stages of their business some need more help than others but whatever level they are on I can customize their outcome to their particular business niche. I am very excited about what is coming in 2022. 2020 was an eye-opening year so for me, I feel I have to make every challenge, every dream come true while I am still on this earth. I am excited about finally working with a business mentor that I have been following for 3 years. No it was not been easy. There have been hard days. Overcoming the challenges for me; do not panic. That is always step #1 for me. Next slowly and calmly start thinking of ways to come up with a plan. The lessons I have learned are that everything will be ok, but first hire a good accountant from your local chamber of commerce. 🙂 I want the world to know is that be authentic to yourself first above all else. That attracts the team you will work with and the clients that will come to you. Being someone else is forgery! When you have a clear vision of what you want it becomes easier to manifest itself faster into your life. Also always, ALWAY pay yourself first! 🙂
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
