We had the good fortune of connecting with Mr. & Mrs. Ferrell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mr. & Mrs., how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
Work life balance is something you always work on, we believe. Definitely sticking to a schedule or making sure your are updating that schedule helps. But as the business grows you have to adjust so you have to rebalance. Our advice would just be mindfully and ready to do so.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Choosing to be an entrepreneur is very rewarding and sometimes can seem overwhelming. But the excitement about the growth of your business, watching it flourish makes every late night worth it. Networking, customer feedback and research play a huge role in our profession. Connecting with people in our field helps when faced with challenges. Advice we would give; Never stop your grind, respect your clients and smile.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many. Great food spots definitely for Hanna Bros. (Fayetteville), the Dutch pot (Stockbridge), Negril Village Atlanta. We would have to include the kids some fun time and go skating at Skate Zion in Morrow or Starlight drive-in movies. Adult time we would go to Cafe Circa or Harolds Chicken.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Founder Rodriguez Thomas of Our Kids Our Future. He was the first organization to entrust us with his brand and apparel customization. We are forever grateful for the opportunity.
