Meet Jenny | Owner of Flawless Glow Esthetics

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenny and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenny, how do you think about risk?
Taking risks has been a major part of my growth both personally and as a business owner. Starting my own skincare studio didn’t come with guarantees it required faith, courage, and stepping far outside my comfort zone. I believe every meaningful achievement involves some level of risk, whether it’s investing in new equipment, introducing new treatments, or believing in myself enough to grow in a competitive industry.

Each risk I’ve taken has taught me something valuable. Even when things didn’t go perfectly, I gained experience, confidence, and a clearer sense of direction. The biggest risk was believing in myself and leaving a steady job to follow my passion skin care and helping people feel confident in their skin. That decision changed everything and led me to where I am today proudly owning, Flawless Glow Esthetics LLC., located in Fayetteville, Georgia.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business, Flawless Glow Esthetics, was created from my passion to helping people feel confident and cared for in their own skin. I specialize in customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, and oncology esthetics providing safe, effective care for all skin types.

Part of what inspired me to start this journey is my own skin story. I’ve always had hyperpigmentation prone skin, so any little breakout or mark tends to leave dark spots behind. I tried everything from drugstore products to the most expensive high-end brands, but nothing truly worked for me. It wasn’t until I visited an esthetician, and experienced my first professional facial, and began seeing real results, thats when everything changed. That’s when my curiosity turned into passion and I began learning how to treat my skin consistently and seeing how much confidence that gave me, motivated me to help others do the same. I understand how frustrating it can feel when your skin doesn’t reflect how you feel inside, and that empathy drives the way I treat every client.

What sets Flawless Glow Esthetics, apart is that I focus on both skin and overall wellness. Along with facials, and lympatic facial massage I also offer ionic foot detox treatments to help clients release toxins, relax, and restore balance from within. My goal is to create a space that’s not just about beauty, but about total mind and body wellness.

This journey hasn’t been easy, it’s taken a lot of faith, dedication, and patience to build my business from the ground up. But every challenge has taught me resilience and purpose. I’m most proud of the trust and relationships I’ve built with my clients and the transformations I see not only in their skin, but in their confidence and peace of mind.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that skincare is more than beauty, it’s healing, self-care, and self love. And that’s exactly what I want the world to know about Flawless Glow Esthetics, it’s not just a facial, it’s an experience designed to help you glow from the inside out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit for a week, I’d make sure she got the full Atlanta experience, a mix of relaxation, fun, and good food!

We’d start the trip with a self-care day at Flawless Glow Esthetics, of course! I’d treat her to a facial and an ionic foot detox so that she can unwind and start the trip feeling refreshed. After that, we’d grab brunch at “DUA Vietnamese Restaurant” or “Frida’s”, both are local favorites and always hit the spot.

During the week, we’d spend a day in Atlanta taking Peachtree trolley tour, stopping for coffee and cute local shops along the way. I’d also take her to Ponce City Market, it’s perfect for shopping, food, and rooftop views.

For dinner, we’d go to “Alta Toro” or “Garden Room” for something nice, and maybe head to “El Super Pan” one night for drinks and live music.

To end the week, we’d take a little day trip out with my family to Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain Georgia or Callaway Gardens to relax in nature. I love showing people that Georgia has a little bit of everything, good energy, great food, and plenty of places to unwind and have fun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to my husband Anibal Fernandez. He’s been my biggest supporter from day one! Always encouraging me to follow my dreams, even when things felt uncertain. His patience, love, and constant motivation have been a huge part of my growth, both personally and professionally.

Owning a business comes with challenges, but having someone who truly believes in you makes all the difference. My husband has stood by me through every late night, every new idea, and every milestone, and I’m deeply grateful for his support and faith in me.
