We had the good fortune of connecting with Geuel Inirio-Aviles and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Geuel, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business as an audio technician was driven by my passion for enhancing the audio experience for churches. I noticed a gap in the market for high-quality, reliable audio solutions tailored specifically for churches, and I wanted to address that need. Additionally, starting my own business gave me the creative freedom to implement my own ideas and make a positive impact on the communities I serve.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is about creating experiences that connect and inspire. What sets me apart is combining technical skill with creativity across a variety of projects—from audio installations and mixing improvements, to DJing for all types of events, producing records for artists, concerts, and teaching music to children and adults. The journey wasn’t easy, but persistence and curiosity got me here. I’m proud when my work sparks a reaction and hope it inspires others to create boldly and authentically

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting, we’d start with brunch at a local favorite, explore art and music spots, and hit up great restaurants and live shows in the evening. Midweek would be outdoor adventures, coffee shops, and hidden gems like street art and small shops. Toward the end, we’d dive into concerts, workshops, and rooftop views—balancing food, culture, and music so they leave with unforgettable memories.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout time! 🙌 First, to my amazing wife—thank you for pushing me to believe in my dreams and go after them. I still can’t get over that tour you booked for me—what I thought was so complicated, you made effortless. Big love to my former Pastor, Carlos Santana, for believing in me and letting me grow through my mistakes. And of course, SAE Institute and their incredible staff—Lamar, Mac, Alex—thank you for all the training, knowledge, and career opportunities. Success is never a solo journey, and I’m forever grateful to everyone who’s been part of mine!
