We had the good fortune of connecting with Zachary Ward and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zachary, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I’ve come to see risk as an essential part of growth, both personally and professionally. Life is inherently challenging, filled with unpredictable obstacles. By intentionally embracing calculated risks, I’ve learned to build resilience and take control of what I can influence.

To me, risk-taking isn’t about being reckless—it’s about stepping into discomfort with faith and preparation, trusting that the process will lead to growth. My belief in God guides me; I see risk as a step of faith toward reaching my full potential. By pushing through uncertainty, I’ve found that the challenges I can’t control become less intimidating, and the rewards—whether professional success or personal growth—are worth the effort.

What should our readers know about your business?
Intro:

My business is Classy Closet Company, a family-owned business in Dallas, Georgia, where we specialize in professional closet installation and design. My mission is to transform homes by creating custom closet solutions that blend elegance with practicality. Whether it’s a closet, garage, pantry, or laundry room, I’m committed to delivering spaces that meet my clients’ unique needs. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, I’ve worked to establish our company as a trusted name in our community’s home organization industry.

What sets us apart:

What I believe sets us apart is our personal touch. This is a small business that just got started, we plan to stay that way, small-family oriented business with southern charm. I can be in someone’s home tomorrow to complete a consultation and design, then when we order the product it will be installed roughly 3-4 weeks after that. This is extremely quick and comes with a personal touch every step of the way. Our manufacturing is all in the United States. With 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: I stand behind my work with a commitment to client satisfaction, offering follow-up support after installation to address any concerns.

These elements reflect my dedication to delivering high-quality, personalized solutions that go beyond expectations. By combining functionality with elegant design, I ensure every closet is both a practical storage solution and a beautiful addition to the home.

My Journey:

I was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. While I was in college working for my parents businesses, our neighbor who I had known my whole life, asked me to come help him with a closet install. I had no idea what would come of that. I ended up working for him for over two years and gained valuable knowledge, experience, and fell in love with this line of work.

I went to pilot training to become a professional pilot, which I am. And now that I am somewhat established with my career, I decided to pursue another one of my passions – professional closet installation and design.

Was It Easy:

No. We are still in the early stages of building Classy Closet Company and it is not easy. Everything in life has a learning curve, and we are in the process of a learning curve when it comes to marketing and promoting our business. But we love the process of a challenge and are enjoying ever step of the way!

Brand:

I want people to look at our company and be able to see a honest, loyal, trustworthy business. I want to be recognized by our customers that we provide the highest quality of work and customer service. Lastly, I want people to see a young father and husband trying to provide the best life he can for his family.
