We had the good fortune of connecting with Cameron Zane and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cameron, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued a creative career early in life because I have always loved art. When I learned about the wedding industry and the opportunity to earn a living while being creative, I knew it was for me. I immediately took steps to pursue my newfound passion. Over the years, I continually refined my process and product to provide an excellent experience for my clients and deliver a high-quality gallery.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am dedicated to the art of timeless images and storytelling. Every couple deserves their most important moments to be captured with authenticity. Over the years, I’ve refined my brand to reflect this conviction.

Because of my reserved nature, combined with a funny quirk of working best under pressure, I’ve discovered my presence can have a calming effect, which can be helpful during the chaos of a wedding day.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were to visit, he and his wife would most likely fly into the Atlanta airport. I would love to take them to the Georgia Aquarium and Botanical Gardens, walk around Piedmont Park, and grab dinner in the city. The rest of the trip would involve visiting different hiking trails and waterfalls around the state and Helen, GA.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family’s combination of trust, encouragement, and support has undoubtedly contributed to my success. My dad inculcated entrepreneurship, my mom encouraged me, and my wife trusted me. I must give them all a shout-out for helping me achieve my aspirations.
