Meet Ashley Kimball | Real Estate Team Leader, Investor, and Coach | Founder of Loving Atlanta Life | Co-Founder of Loving Realtor Life

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Kimball and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, how does your business help the community?
At Loving Realtor Life and Loving Atlanta Life, we’re passionate about making a difference in our community and beyond. Our mission extends far beyond buying and selling homes—we strive to empower individuals, families, and agents to create meaningful change in their lives.
For our local community, we help homeowners navigate life’s biggest decisions by offering innovative solutions, such as cash offers, renovation assistance paid at closing, and tools that allow them to explore all their options. These services help families move forward, whether it’s upgrading, downsizing, or simply finding a better fit for their current situation. We’ve also introduced programs like “Buy Before You Sell,” which alleviate stress and provide flexibility for sellers. By removing barriers and offering creative solutions, we’re helping people across the country turn their real estate goals into reality.
On a broader scale, we’re dedicated to supporting real estate agents nationwide. We’ve built a team culture that focuses on mentorship, training, and giving agents the resources they need to scale their businesses. From providing high-quality seller leads to leveraging cutting-edge tools like CRMs and cash-offer platforms, we equip agents with everything they need to succeed. Seeing even our newest agents thrive is one of our greatest achievements, and it has a ripple effect in communities across the U.S.
Finally, Atlanta is my home, and I’m deeply committed to it. I’ve lived here since the fifth grade, and I genuinely believe this city is one of the best in the world. Through my local brand, Loving Atlanta Life, I advocate for everything that makes Atlanta amazing—its culture, its history, and its people. By showcasing the city’s best and working to uplift its residents, I hope to inspire pride and connection within our community.
Real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about creating opportunities, solving problems, and helping people live better lives. That’s the social impact we’re proud to make every day.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Our business is built on the foundation of providing unmatched value to agents and sellers across the country. What sets us apart is our ability to offer innovative solutions that meet sellers’ unique needs, no matter where they are in the U.S. With access to up to $3.5 million in cash offers for any property in any ZIP Code, we empower sellers to explore all their options—whether that’s selling off-market, on-market, or even buying before they sell. We also offer renovation services that sellers don’t have to pay back until closing, removing barriers and helping them maximize their home’s value.
Getting here hasn’t been an easy journey. It’s been a process of perseverance, dedication, and constant refinement. Time management, focus, and mindset have been critical in navigating the challenges along the way. We’ve kissed a lot of frogs in this business to build a system that works, but now, even our newest agents are seeing success with our approach.
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is to embrace flexibility and creativity in problem-solving. Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are our solutions. Whether it’s finding multiple offers for a seller or coaching agents to close more deals, we’re committed to helping people achieve their goals.
What drives me personally is my love for Atlanta. I’ve lived here since fifth grade, and I’m a walking billboard for everything this city has to offer—its vibrant nightlife, incredible restaurants, and unbeatable weather. Atlanta is my home, and I’m passionate about using everything I’ve learned in my seven years as a Realtor to make a difference here and across the nation.
At the end of the day, our mission is simple: to empower agents and sellers with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting Atlanta, we’d eat, drink, explore, and fully experience the magic of this city. Atlanta’s energy, food, and culture make it the perfect destination, and this week-long itinerary has it all:
Day 1: Welcome to Atlanta
Morning: Start the trip with coffee at Spiller Coffee or Sidecar Coffee in Chamblee. If it’s later in the day, Sidecar transitions into a bar—two experiences in one!
Afternoon: Stroll through Piedmont Park and soak up the serene vibes.
Evening: Kick off dinner at Hal’s Steakhouse for a classic Atlanta experience. Order a steak and the off-menu Lobster Leboout appetizer—it’s a must!
Day 2: Beltline & History
Morning: Start with breakfast at Prevail Coffee for a chill vibe.
Afternoon: Walk the Beltline and enjoy the eclectic mix of people and sights. Stop at Ponce City Market to shop and grab snacks.
Lunch: Head to Auntie Vee’s at the Municipal Market downtown for oxtails and mac & cheese, then explore the market for a dose of Atlanta history.
Evening: Wind down with sushi at Fudo (Suite A-100, 5070 Peachtree Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341). Try the rice cakes for a cheesy adventure for your tastebuds—they’re amazing—and pretty much anything else on the menu is a win.
Day 3: Tacos & Midtown Nightlife
Lunch: Enjoy tacos, burritos, or malitas at El Tesoro. The outdoor vibes are perfect for sunny weather, and you can BYOB while waiting in line.
Afternoon: Treat yourself to pure relaxation at Exhale Spa with massages and top-notch spa treatments.
Evening: Head to Midtown for a sophisticated cocktail at Drawbar, an elevated rooftop spot. Once you’re ready to dance and mingle, head downstairs to the Holiday Bar for a more lively atmosphere.
Day 4: Seafood, Fun & More
Lunch: Indulge in upscale seafood at The Optimist. It’s a bit of a splurge, but worth every penny.
Afternoon: Swing by Puttshack, a trendy spot for indoor mini-golf with a fun twist. Perfect for laughs and a little friendly competition.
Evening: For dinner, grab pizza and cheesy bread at Ninah and Ralph’s, then head to The Cheetah for a memorable night (if you know, you know).
Day 5: More Eats & Drinks
Morning: Start with brunch at Zelda—it’s a local favorite.
Afternoon: Explore the Municipal Market if you didn’t already or wander through neighborhoods like Inman Park and Virginia Highlands for a mix of culture and charm.
Evening: Grab dinner and drinks at BeetleCat for incredible seafood. If you want to keep the night going, hit up Rain or go back to Midtown for one more round at Drawbar or Holiday Bar.
Day 6: Hookah & Chill
Morning: Take it slow with breakfast at Sidecar Coffee.
Afternoon: Treat yourself to another spa day at Exhale Spa or explore Chamblee and Decatur for a quieter vibe.
Evening: Celebrate the end of an incredible trip with hookah at Pasha for a luxurious experience or the more low-key Octopus Lounge if you’re feeling chill.
Atlanta is my heart and soul, and I love sharing its best spots with anyone who visits. From food and nightlife to history and culture, there’s something here for everyone.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The first person that comes to mind is my first real estate mentor, Andrew Doyley. He’s the one who told me I should help others buy and sell homes instead of just focusing on investing. Honestly, he’s the one who kickstarted this whole journey for me. Fun fact: Andrew also said he’d find my life partner one day—and he did just that! He introduced me to James Fuller, who’s now not only my business partner but also my partner in life. So Andrew is responsible for both my personal happiness and the successful business James and I are building together.
And of course, I have to shout out my mom. She’s always believed in me and taught me that if I’m going to do something, I need to do it right and give it my all. Her belief in me has been a constant source of strength and motivation.
