We had the good fortune of connecting with Thomas Snyder and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thomas, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
There are 4 habits that have helped me succeed thus far (time management, consistency, efficiency, and discipline). Using a digital calendar as reminders for events and tasks has been a tremendous as it has allowed me to 1) not forget anything 2) dedicate specific time for events and tasks and 3) put deadlines on tasks. Being consistent has allowed me to build repetition, which has contributed to me being able to learn specific skillsets and/or daily tasks at a faster pace. With this, I have been able to become efficient; granting me additional time in a day. These habits has allowed me to develop myself into a self-disciplined individual.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The way I present myself as a businessman sets me apart from others. As mentioned before, I am how I am because I am self-disciplined, consistent, efficient, and I effectively manage my time. These habits have been acknowledged by others, which then acts as a model for whomever is trying to follow in similar footsteps. On the other hand, I would like to mention it is not easy at first but if you are willing to learn, develop and push yourself then it becomes easier. However, there will forever be things to learn so just keep that mindset, be patient and keep striving!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly… I’m a homebody so we would probably just game or work on some music depending on who it is BUT I do have some wing spots around the city like American Deli, Crimson Wings (local), WingStop, etc. so we would definitely eat good haha…

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Since becoming a Twitch streamer in October 2022, I have been so thankful for the Finesse Kartel (my community). The community acts as a space to bridge the gap between gaming and music but the members have been extremely supportive throughout this journey. They are the backbone to my career because they keep me going whether it is the moments we create together or just simply their words of encouragements.
