Hi Steven, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Mistakes are fuel, not failures. Every screw-up is a lesson. You don’t learn by being perfect, you learn by fixing what’s broken. If you’re not making mistakes, you’re not trying hard enough.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a disruptor. Built my e-commerce empire from scratch. No luck, just relentless execution. Failures are fuel, not finality. My team is my secret weapon. Success is earned, not gifted.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Neil Patel deserves a nod. His data-driven approach has been influential. While success is largely self-made, insights from others like him accelerate the process.
