Hi Paola Palacios &, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The idea of having our own business was always there. The Photo Booth idea came after our own wedding. For our wedding last year, we wanted to rent an “old school” Photo Booth. A closed space booth, with the printing and the strip design. It was a boom at our reception and we loved it so much that we decided to start working towards that. We started to investigate deeper and the more we did, the most we liked it. We left the fears away and ran with it, and we don’t regret it!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We are both full time employees that are super passionate to start our small business. We have come a long way in learning customer service from our employers and we add all that experience and knowledge to our business. It has not been easy, but our passion, determination and mutual motivation helps us every day to keep going. It definitely makes it easier because we are a team. We want everybody to know that we are a young couple full of dreams and eager to succeed. We do everything for our business from scratch from event, communications, social media, designs and more. We are really big in our customer experience and make sure our clients are happy with us from the moment they hire us to their event.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There’s so much to do or go in Atlanta.. We are originally from Venezuela, every year we have a lot of friends and family that visit us from our home town. We’ve only been here in Atlanta for 4 years but the go to’s are: Ponce City Market, A good baseball at the Truist Stadium and soccer at the Mercedes Benz. We love all kinds of food but specially Spanish, Italian, Peruvian and SUSHI! You can never go wrong with Barcelona Wine and Bar, Forza, Sabor Inka and Wicked Sushi and Grill.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our family play a huge part in who we are and in our success today. They are our mentors, motivation and support. Their positive energy and fun ideas have helped us tremendously. Huge shout out to them, for loving us, and supporting us always! Special dedication to our Abuelo Henry, for believing in us from the very first moment we brought up this idea to him, he encouraged us and helped us leave the fear behind and never doubted that we were going to give it our all and succeed. Till this day he is our biggest supporter.
