Hi Jessica, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most crucial aspect of my brand as a nail tech is the personalized experience I provide to each client. I prioritize understanding their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that every visit is tailored to them. This personalized approach not only results in satisfied customers but also fosters a strong sense of trust and loyalty. By focusing on the individual needs of each client, I differentiate myself from others in the industry and establish a reputation for excellence and care.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart from others is my unwavering commitment to personalized service and attention to detail. I take pride in going above and beyond to ensure that each client receives a unique and tailored experience. What excites me the most is seeing the confidence and joy my work brings to my clients’ lives.

Getting to where I am today in my business wasn’t easy. I faced numerous challenges along the way, from financial hurdles to building a client base in a competitive market. However, I persevered by staying focused on my goals, and continually honing my skills.

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the importance of resilience and adaptability. In the face of setbacks and obstacles, I’ve learned to pivot, innovate, and find creative solutions to overcome challenges. Each hurdle has taught me to be more resourceful and resilient, ultimately making me stronger and more capable as a business owner.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that I am deeply passionate about empowering others and making a positive impact. My journey is not just about building a successful business but about using my platform to uplift and inspire others. Whether it’s through my work, my story, or my values, I hope to leave a lasting legacy of positivity and empowerment.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Piedmont Park, Ponce City Market, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Georgia Aquarium as well as any restaurant because the food in Atlanta is very good.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I couldn’t have built my business without the unwavering support of my husband, sister, and best friend every step of the way. They’ve been my rock, my sounding board, and my biggest cheerleaders from the very beginning.

My husband has been my pillar of strength, believing in my dream even when I doubted myself. His encouragement and endless support have kept me going through the tough times and celebrated with me during the triumphs. From helping with finances to being there for emotional support, he’s been my partner in every sense of the word.

My sister has been my right-hand woman, always ready to lend a hand with anything and everything. Whether it’s brainstorming new ideas, helping with marketing strategies, or simply being there to bounce ideas off of, she’s been an invaluable asset to my business journey. Her creativity and enthusiasm have infused my business with energy and vitality.

And then there’s my best friend, who has been with me through thick and thin. She’s been my sounding board, my confidante, and my source of endless encouragement. Her honest feedback and unwavering support have been instrumental in shaping my business into what it is today.

To my husband, sister, and best friend—thank you doesn’t even begin to cover it. You’ve been my rock, my inspiration, and my motivation every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I am endlessly grateful for your love, support, and belief in me and my dreams.
