Meet Shweta Dubey | Fashion/Travel Influencer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Shweta Dubey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shweta, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I am a fashion and travel influencer in Atlanta, Georgia. I share fashion and travel tips with my followers through my Instagram page @stylewithshweta. Being true to myself and my followers is the reason behind the success of my brand. I only share content which I truly believe in and is of utmost quality. I always try to deliver beyond my own standards and expectations. I want my page to motivate and inspire women across the globe to follow their passion for fashion and travel. Being a Software Engineer/IT professional, I love adding some technical quotient to my content as well, which makes me stand out from other influencers.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My brand is a result of my love for fashion and travel. My close friends encouraged me to start this page. I love visiting family friendly places in/near Atlanta as well as across USA and love to share my experience with my followers. I also share fashion tips with my followers and share outfit links on my page for them to checkout and purchase. My team which is Me and My husband are both full time Computer Engineers. Using our technical skills to edit our content makes my content visually attractive. In addition to this our eye to capture the highlights and share our true experience while keeping the audience hooked and engaged makes my content unique. Well its not been an easy journey, A lot of thought process, analysis and time goes behind each piece of digital content. The trend keeps changing and keeping up with it is always challenging. One of the biggest challenges is building the trust of your viewers. In my opinion that is something that is most important to be successful.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was in the city I would love to take her to Museum of Illusions or The Escape Room or hangout at the Lenox mall. I personally love Hikes so maybe a good hike to Amicalola falls or Swanee Mountain Preserve. I absolutely love Atlanta down town and prefer Intermezzo Cafe, CheeseCake Factory & The California Pizza Kitchen.

If we had more time I would probably take her for a camping trip to one of the state parks. Georgia has lovely state parks and Fort Mountain is my personal favorite or I would visit Smokey mountains as it has fun things to do for all ages.h

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are 2 people I would love to give shout out to:

My Dad: Captain C. L. Dubey. He comes from a small village in India. He finished his education and moved to Mumbai where he joined Merchant Navy. As a kid I remember him just sailing and not being home most of the times. Its funny that when he would visit us I would call him UNCLE. As we were growing up he quit sailing and started his own training Institute MMTI(Mumbai Maritime Training Institute) in Mumbai. For me his life is a motivation, motivation to follow your dreams, never give up, be kind and be true.

My Husband: Saras Jain. He is a man with various skill sets. Apart from being a Software Engineer, he is a professional Singer and a photography enthusiast. It’s his photography skills that makes my content stand out. He is also the best husband and a loving father to our kids. His dedication to follow his passion of singing motivates me to follow my passion. Its never to late to do what you love. d
