Hi Baigali, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business was a mix of fear and excitement. While the prospect was daunting, the idea of pursuing my passion to help people through skincare was incredibly motivating. I also recognized the importance of skincare in building confidence and status, especially in certain careers. So, despite the initial apprehension, the opportunity to make a positive impact and follow my passion ultimately outweighed the fear.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career in the skincare industry has been a journey fueled by passion, determination, and a commitment to making a difference. What sets me apart is my genuine dedication to helping people achieve healthy, radiant skin, not just through products but through education and personalized care.

I am most proud of the relationships I’ve built with my clients and the transformations I’ve witnessed in their confidence and self-esteem. Seeing the positive impact of my work is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continually innovate and improve.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced numerous challenges, from navigating the competitive landscape of the beauty industry to overcoming self-doubt and financial hurdles. However, I’ve learned to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and resilience. Surrounding myself with a supportive network, staying adaptable, and maintaining a relentless focus on my vision have been key to overcoming obstacles.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are invaluable. I’ve learned the importance of perseverance, authenticity, and staying true to my values. Every setback has taught me resilience, every success has reinforced my passion, and every experience has shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today.

What I want the world to know about my brand and story is that it’s built on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and a genuine desire to empower others to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. My brand isn’t just about selling products; it’s about fostering a community, sharing knowledge, and inspiring positive change.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d curate an unforgettable itinerary showcasing the area’s best. We’d start with morning coffee at Café Intermezzo, savoring its cozy charm. For dinner, it’s all about The Home restaurant, where the ambiance and cuisine never disappoint. We’d embark on a scenic hike at Blood Mountain, reconnecting with nature, and unwind with a wine tasting at Fermented, savoring the local flavors. Each spot reflects my love for memorable experiences and genuine connections, making the trip truly special.

I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my family and friends who have been unwavering in their support, encouragement, and belief in me throughout this journey. Their love and guidance have been invaluable in helping me navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes of starting my own business.
