We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. LaTrice Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. LaTrice, what do you attribute your success to?
My brand is a Kingdom birthed business and ministry. We are Christian faith-based company fueled by the word of God and principles of the Holy Scripture. The most important factor behind the success of the business and ministry is GOD. It is keeping God as my focus and navigating the workings and guiding principles according to His Word. It is the leading of the Holy Spirit that gives me a strategic and prophetic advantage to succeed.

More importantly, my success in my ministry and business isn’t solely based on numbers. While numbers do have their place in measurement of success, I’ve also grown and learned to base success on the growth and tangible impact being made in the lives of those I’m blessed to serve.

Whether business or ministry, my goal is for those I encounter or serve in any capacity to be made better, gain more knowledge, and show tangible, increased growth in their God-given purpose or goals.

God is THE Factor!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is Living With More Enterprises. What sets us apart – the business is built by and led by the Holy Spirit. He is our guide to navigating every customer relationship and building longstanding rapport with those we serve. Yes, our pricing is competitive and our customer service is excellent. However, it’s using the blueprint God has given us to effectively meet the needs of clients at various levels of life and socio-economic levels while building and scaling a sustainable, relevant business for now and in the future.

Building the businesses is not an easy task and has had it’s various challenges. Even some failures along the way. I’ve overcome some challenges by being willing to invest in areas that I needed more knowledge to better serve my client base. I’ve also overcome some challenges by learning to accept help. Learning to outsource when needed. Connecting with Mentors who were able to add value to my knowledge base and give guidance for a tangible difference. Lastly, I learned to accept what/who is in the past and embrace the new places and people.

One of the major lessons I’ve learned in ministry and business is that failure happens but it doesn’t have to be the final outcome. It only becomes final when we do not learn and live beyond it. Failures can be fuel when viewed and processed properly and used to your advantage. If you’ve failed, you’ve also WON! You’ve gained wisdom and greater insight for the next and new phase whether life, ministry, or business.

About my businesses? The main thing is that we are SERVICE based. Our goal is to serve and HELP! But here’s something about two divisions of the company I believe will benefit the reader who may need what we offer.

Living With More Enterprises LLC currently houses a publishing company, offers Magazine Layout Design, and additionally has a Kingdom Leadership and Development Training Institute under its umbrella.

Living With More Enterprises began servicing publishing clients in May 2015. The company is founded upon 3 John 2:1 -“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

We serve authors and magazine Owners bringing their book and magazine visions to life. Our mission is to help them birth their literary works into the earth realm and have a better understanding of the overall publishing process. Our publishing process and pricing is customized to each author yet extremely competitive. Any author that chooses Living With More will receive service in excellence from start to finish.

The Kingdom Leadership and Development Training Institute is Destiny World Training Institute – DWTI is that place! A safe place of equipping, building, strengthening, and catapulting Kingdom Leaders at any level of ministry through biblically based training.

The mission of DWTI is to help Kingdom Leaders grow and lead in a more excellent way. To strengthen them in their core areas and provide biblical foundations to increase their capacity for kingdom service. To help them flourish and be sustained in effective Leadership and Ministry.

We are not a Bible college yet and do not currently offer any degree programs. However, our institute provides quality instruction with courses that challenge the norms of what may have already been taught in leadership and/or ministry. This is an excellent training and development program for ministers and leaders on all levels.

Our courses bring greater clarity to the work the student is doing while meeting the biblical requirements of the One who has commissioned the work. We aim to challenge thought processes and mindsets, strengthen existing skills, and give insight and biblical instruction in needed areas.

DWTI is the place where leaders grow, flourish, and succeed in God!

My labor of love in Christ is the ministry God led me to plant. Divine Grace Ministries International was started in 2009 and relaunched in 2015. An Apostolic and Prophetic ministry birthed out of prayer at the guidance of the Holy Spirit and obedience to God. At God’s leading, we are one church with multiple hubs serving connectors stateside and abroad. Some of the current states represented in our connectors are Georgia, North Carolina, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, Louisiana, and China.

Part of our mission and vision is to raise and restore nations of people to the redeeming and saving power of the Lord, Jesus Christ. The nations of people begin with our immediate family, parishioners, and flows to our neighborhoods and communities then to the nations. We feed God’s people from the Holy Word of God and help increase knowledge, understanding and application of the Holy scripture in their daily lives.

We are a birthing place for ALL gifts, Five-fold and otherwise. Our mandate is to build believers in the Lord Jesus and allow God to stretch them into whatever gifts and callings He has for their life. As God stretches them, we cultivate, nourish, equip, train, build, and release.

DGMI is a place where racial, social, and economic divides are broken through the love of God and the teaching of the Word of God.

We aim to train, equip, and release strong Kingdom leaders to fulfill their Kingdom mandate in the earth. Our ultimate goals are to reach every soul that God intends for us to encounter, bringing souls to salvation in the Lord Jesus. We also hope to usher them into the presence of the Most-High God and be an active part of their spiritual transformation into who God wants them to be and enter into the places where God desires and designed them to be.

I’m also the Host and Founder of The NO More D.R.A.M.A Experience! The Kingdom gathering that has proven to be life altering and transformative for men and women across the nation. This multi-faceted gathering has broken strong holds, brought many lives to salvation in Christ and help give biblical strategy, hope and encouragement to many.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This is hilarious! While there are so many amazing restaurants and sites to see in Atlanta, I’m confident when I say – if any of the people that I would consider a best friend were in town, they’d all want to come to The Mansion AKA – My house lol. Even people who come from out of state to visit want to come for the food and fellowship! ESPECIALLY the food! I’m sure when they read this, they are ALL going to say – YEP! Definitely, the Mansion.

We are known for our Family Fun Fridays which are really just some good food, movies, and laughter. Lots of laughter! Sometimes we attempt to “get some work done” but mostly we spend time together catching up, laughing, and being present in the moment.

Most of us would prefer to be in rather than out. I don’t know how often we actually get through the movies, but we do start them lol.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My first shout out is always going to be God! He is my everything and has blessed me and honored me in ways I never imagined. I’m eternally grateful for all that God has allowed me to do and become by His grace.

Although she’s no longer with us physically, I certainly honor and “shout-out” my mom who was such a huge part of my life and my children’s. From age 12, when she entered my life, Mama Linda Leaks was present and impactful. She taught me many things through her words of wisdom and her life she lived before us. I don’t believe I’ve met a stronger or sweeter person. She was the queen of the “Show Up” Ministry! I often say that she was the blessing I needed to get me through some turbulent years of life and the voice of wisdom and love to help me overcome places of rejection, abandonment, and even some fear. I’ll never forget Mama Linda and I’ll always honor her life and legacy which I believe lives on through all of us whose lives she touched.

I must shout out my Spiritual Parents who love and cover me and give me so much accountability and help when needed. They have been rocks for me in seasons of shifting, transition, and victory. They are Apostle G. S. Jackson and Pastor Genine Jackson of The City of Truth International based in Pheonix, Arizona. They’ve been jewels in my life that God strategically aligned and connected me with to grow me in my Apostolic call and other areas. I call them “MY Parents!”

I also want to shout out my Executive Administrator, Prophet LaKita Corey! She’s the owner of Lil Boss & Associates, LLC and she is a force to be reckoned with! In fact, IF I had told her about this article sooner, you definitely would not have had to remind me. She helps keep all of the moving parts of business and ministry aligned and flowing smoothly. I’m grateful that God sent her to serve with me and am equally grateful to serve as her Senior Leader in Ministry as well. I’ve been given a rare opportunity to speak into her life personally, in her ministry walk, and in business.
