We had the good fortune of connecting with Tia Anderson, Esq. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tia, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Hard work and my faith in God. I believe that the amount of work I put into my career has contributed to my success, but that without God nothing would have been possible.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about.

– I have worked with my share of attorneys and have been on both sides of the coin enough to know what frustrates clients most about attorneys – lack of communication and responsiveness. I pride myself on not fitting into that box. I value communication and processes. I always tell my employees that even if there is no answer, answer. On the other side, I believe in working smarter and not harder, so I am constantly trying to figure out new processes and procedures that can help us achieve that. I believe the combination of both is what sets us apart from other firms. Our clients always know what is going on and we have processes in place that help things go smoothly and in an organized fashion.

How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

– Anyone that was raised by immigrant parents can tell you that our upbringing was not all sunshines and rainbows. To top that off, anyone that has been to law school can tell you that it is no walk in the park. But Perseverance and determination are key to success. No matter how difficult the obstacles may seem, it is important to stay focused and keep pushing forward. My faith played a huge role in the way that I overcame my challenges as well. I kept my eyes on the prize and that helped me stay the course and keep pushing.

Overall, I have learned to never give up on my dreams and to always believe in myself, no matter how tough the journey may be.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

– I want the world to know that through unwavering determination and perseverance, you have the power to accomplish everything you set your mind to. Remember, never allow others to limit your potential or define your worth. Embrace your unique abilities and carve your path towards success with courage and passion. Let your actions speak louder than any barriers or limitations. Only you hold the key to your own unlimited possibilities.
