Hi Santoria, what’s your definition for success?
Success looks different for everyone. Success to me is freedom, balance, stability, and inner-peace. Freedom is the ability to live life on your own terms, balance is living a well-balanced life in multiple areas of your life, and stability and inner-peace is always the ultimate goal.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business/brand is The Home of Microlocs. Im a Microlocs specialist currently located in Augusta, Georgia that specializes in Twists Microlocs, Braid Microlocs, and Interlocking. I’m most proud to service world-wide clients in starting a new, life-changing journey in their life. It’s more than just hair. It’s truly a journey, a commitment, and a new chapter of my clients life. I love being able to provide a service that offers my clients HAIR FREEDOM. I love to quote, “Wake, Shake, Spray, and Slay the day.” Microlocs give my clients hair freedom, more control over their time in their everyday lives, stress free vacations, very versatile, and a very low maintenance style. Microlocs are truly a game changer and growing industry. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m honored to mention 2 very important people in my life as well as an important author/therapist that has contributed to my personal and business growth. My mother, Tammy Rogers has always been my biggest supporter in anything my heart desired to do. She’s my best-friend, my listening ear, my cheerleader, and most importantly an amazing mother. I wouldn’t be half of the woman I am today without her love, support, and guidance.
My partner, Tron West came into my life during the time I launched my first business in 2020. This amazing King has been my biggest supporter since the moment we met. I can truly say that my business wouldn’t be where it is today without the unconditional love and support, help, advice, and team-work from my partner. I am beyond blessed and grateful for these 2 amazing souls that play a vital role in my success today.
