Meet Tiffanie Teel | Clarity Coach, Brand + Web Designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffanie Teel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiffanie, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Embarking on the journey of entrepreneurship wasn’t just a decision; it was a pursuit for freedom. Exiting the corporate realm in 2005, I was fueled by youth, a touch of naivety, and an unwavering determination to break free from the restraints of time freedom and salary caps. Over the years, my dedication to hustle diligently and adapt seamlessly became my mantra, steering clear of the mundane 9-to-5 grind.
Then came the pivotal shift – motherhood. Suddenly, my priorities underwent a profound transformation. Remaining the primary influence of my child resonated louder than ever. Simultaneously, the eagerness to contribute to my family’s financial landscape intensified. It was more than a business; it was taking a step closer to my divine calling, driven by the pursuit of a life I love.

What should our readers know about your business?
The path of entrepreneurship is a rigorous journey, filled with challenges that demand resilience, tenacity, and the ability to confront adversity. Embracing failures as essential to success, I’ve discovered that each setback is a stepping stone toward growth and development.
Reflecting on nearly two decades of navigating the entrepreneurial landscape, I take immense pride in the business I’ve cultivated. Guiding other women through their unique journeys, aiding them in finding clarity amid challenges, feels not just like a job, but a genuine honor. In a marketplace that often veers away from faith-centric approaches, my business, including The WE/Me Community, stands out as an exception—firmly grounded in faith values, flexibility, and purpose. The ability to operate within my divine calling is not just a profession but a special gift that allows me to do what I love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I relish the opportunity to play host to out-of-town friends, and this question is spot-on! To kick off the week, I’d whip up a delightful homecooked meal and we’d unwind on the patio, soaking in the serenity that overlooks the lake and back forty acres. It’s the perfect prelude to our exploration of the unique treasures Georgia has to offer.
First on the agenda—an unforgettable trip to Truist Park to catch a Braves game. There’s nothing quite like soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of The Battery while cheering for America’s favorite baseball team. The itinerary would also include a visit to the spectacular Georgia Aquarium, a stroll through downtown Roswell for delectable food and shopping, and visits to a few of our cherished local gems—Karvelas Pizza in Hogansville, The Draft Room in Senoia, and The Reserve at Line Creek Brewing in Newnan.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Amidst the challenges of my journey, one prominent figure stands out, deserving of heartfelt acknowledgment—my husband, Matthew Teel. His steadfast commitment to our family’s well-being has been nothing short of extraordinary. A seasoned entrepreneur himself, he navigates the intricate world of business through Environmental Landscape Management (ELM), a thriving venture you can explore at www.elm-atl.com.
Through the highs and lows of our entrepreneurial pursuits, his unwavering support has been the anchor, propelling me to new heights, whether facing challenges or savoring triumphs. His presence has truly been the wind beneath my wings, enabling me to soar with resilience and grace.
