We had the good fortune of connecting with Arielle Tate and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Arielle, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I am from Memphis Tennessee. My background definitely had a huge impact on my upbringing and who I am today. As a child looking around and seeing the product of my environment and everyone just existing but not really living really just made me wonder if this is really what life is. Growing up in middle / high school I always knew I wanted to go a different route. I was in a household where making good grades in school seemed to define your life, path and future. Coming from an average C/D student I never excelled in academics which caused me to always get in trouble and felt rejected, especially while being compared to my sister who was a honors A+ student.
I always did the opposite of what others wanted me to do , always led and never followed. Some will call it being rebellious, but I call it being purposeful, intentional and knowing what I want.
Fast forward to my senior year which was one of the worst years of my life. I went from physically going to school to being completely virtual/online & only passing and being able to graduate by cheating my way through. I got 2 jobs while in school so that I could save up enough money to start a business, one working at fast food making $7 a hour and the other in retail making $8.25 a hour with minimum hours to work because I was still in high school.
Working at both jobs took a huge toll on both my physical and mental health which caused me to fall into a deep depression especially since my senior year was ending and I had no idea of what I was going to do next . No college plans or trade school.
I managed to save $200 to start my online business and hit the ground running. I used my surroundings and environment to motivate me into becoming this determined person. It was in my mind that this had to work. Now I have made multi six figures and invested into many different assets while teaching others how to beat the odds. I truly wouldn’t be here without the Grace of God.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is definitely structured by a business model that I’ve created personally. I own multiple Preorder Based businesses & Dropshipping E-Commerce businesses as well as Digital business services.

I specialized in coming up with a Pre-Order strategy initially because when I first started my brand I only had about $100-$150 to purchase any and all inventory and business start ups such as materials, inventory, shipping supplies, business cards, packaging etc. That left me with only purchasing a few items to sell, however I always had faith with the little inventory that I had. I remember spending my last $150 on inventory while borrowing $50 from my mom to purchase a bulk order of keychains.
Once the keychains arrived I spent all day and night making content for them posting them across all of my socials hoping to gain attraction and at least break even from my investments.

One night at the verge of giving up I remember it was around midnight and I had been up all day working and taking content for my business. I was in the midst of dozing off and I uploaded a video onto tiktok and fell asleep.
While sleeping, I heard multiple order sounds coming from my phone thinking that I must’ve been dreaming. I finally woke up, eyes still blurry and checked my phone. It was 4 o clock in the morning and I was seeing multiple orders coming through nonstop each and every other second.
My video was going viral however everything was sold out due to little to no inventory available, which is why I came up with a ‘PreOrder’ method.

This Pre-Order method was used for many different products that I offered and were successful. This process was definitely not easy however it taught me everything that I needed to have the wisdom & knowledge that I now have today. I’ve learned many lessons along the way through trail & error.
I want everyone to know to never give up and move by faith , not define yourself by how much money you have, your situation at the time, your lifestyle, past etc.
It’s never too late to start or restart where you are in life. Never compare your journey to anyone else’s journey and move with good intentions with everything you do.
Have laser focus on what you want in life.
Sometimes you’ll come to a point where you’ll have to Unlearn to Relearn again which will be a process , but the outcome will be something unimaginable.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I definitely thank my grandma for raising me with the word of God & introducing me to the principals of life. Without my relationship with God I definitely would not be where I am today. I now invest in mentors who are God fearing and have a fruitful life to show Gods Glory. So I’m definitely thankful for surrounding myself with more like minded individuals who continue to motivate me and encourage me to keep God first.
