Hi Ayobami, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
As the founder of Quickmechs, my thought process behind starting the company was driven by two main factors: the increasing demand for efficient and reliable automotive services and my passion for leveraging technology to solve everyday problems.

I noticed a significant gap in the market when it came to accessing quick and reliable Auto repair services. People often faced challenges when their vehicles broke down and needed immediate attention. Traditional service providers were often slow to respond, causing inconvenience and delays. I wanted to bridge this gap and provide a solution that could address these issues promptly and efficiently.

Additionally, I’ve always been fascinated by the potential of technology to transform industries and improve people’s lives. I saw an opportunity to leverage technology in the Automotive repair sector and created a platform that connects customers with skilled Auto technicians who can address their needs quickly. By utilizing a user-friendly app, we aimed to streamline the process of requesting and delivering Auto related services, making it convenient and hassle-free for our customers.

The vision behind Quickmechs was to revolutionize the way people access Auto repair services by combining speed, reliability, and convenience. We wanted to empower both customers and auto service providers, creating a win-win situation for everyone involved. Through Quickmechs, we aimed to make it effortless for individuals and businesses to find the right auto service expertise when they need it the most.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Day 1 – Exploring Downtown:

Morning: Start with breakfast at The Flying Biscuit Café for Southern-inspired comfort food.
Afternoon: Visit the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest in the world, to see amazing marine life.
Evening: Dine at Ponce City Market, offering a variety of food stalls and unique shops.
Day 2 – Art and Culture:

Morning: Begin at the High Museum of Art, known for its impressive collection of classic and contemporary art.
Afternoon: Head to the historic Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site for a dose of civil rights history.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at Two Urban Licks, a trendy spot with great food and live music.

Morning: Start the day with a walk through Piedmont Park, a green oasis in the heart of the city.

Throughout the week, I would also make sure to introduce my best friend to the vibrant local music scene, as well as various street festivals or events happening in the city during their visit. Atlanta offers a mix of history, culture, nature, and entertainment that would provide a memorable experience for any visitor.
