We had the good fortune of connecting with Favian and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Favian, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
When it comes to a certain point of your life when you know this is your gift in life that God gave you. You must always should know there going be days where you feel like “I’m not getting nowhere”. The Goal is to be patient keep your vision in your mind keep speaking positively over your life. A lot of times I be in mix emotions but you must inspire yourself everyday to keep pushing. life is hard either you quit or keep pushing through those mountains because bad days don’t last forever. The only way to keep going is that you have break your Goals down day by day & think “ how on how I can I work on my gift today” treat it like it’s a new born baby.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being a Fashion stylist is not easy what it seems it’s not about clothes, jewelry accessories to me it’s about how I make a person feel when I help and encourage them with clothes and colors. I’m most proud and exited about is my journey I’m going to a very well known stylist in the industry I’m going to be all on tv helping my clients & others who see me & get inspired. It took me some time to actually know my gift I kept hearing this so much my whole life so it wasn’t so easy to know what I am meant to do on this earth. My lessons I leaned along the way is patients being more creative with my talents making sure I am dedicating my time and energy into the right things. I want the World to know that “when you look good you feel good” so come get styled and also it’s not about designer I can dress you up in your closet and you still look amazing.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would have a blast I like to do fun & classy things but to be honest I am a foodie. So we would definitely visit Garden room it’s very artistically the vibe always right. Dirt riding I love going to those type of places especially the gun range. I love a good lemon drop so we would go to Vegan spot on ponce city market their lemon drops are considered the best. And lastly zip lining they have the best zip lining area in Norcross I’m all for experiences we only live once.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
God is all I can say he helps me everyday He keeps me level headed if I get out of line he will check me. He helps and shows me ways to get closer to my talents everyday God is inspiring.
