We had the good fortune of connecting with Carl Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carl, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Initially it was a side hustle a means of extra income, however I’ve had a love for baking since I was 16. Along with working 9-5, it became more stressful having a full time job, managing a business and being a single father.. Instead of building someone else’s dreams I decided to build my own.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am the most proud of owning my own business and knowing I can leave a legacy for my children. I got here by believing in myself and manifesting my dreams along with working hard, I feel you have to put in the work and be consistent. Some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way is don’t be afraid to make mistakes and don’t be afraid to fail, its just part of the journey. I want the world to know that I love what I do, my clients are my family, and its a privalage to put a smile on their faces everyday.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout my children Elijah, Tristan, and Jayden I don’t know where I would be without them. They have been the most driving force of my motivation to succeed in life and in business.
