We had the good fortune of connecting with Arianna Hinton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Arianna, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
With thinking of how to properly execute a business, the process is hard but, never giving up takes you further than you were before. With Bawsey Behavior Collection, our CEO Arianna Hinton has conquered the sense of understanding that every step is not perfect and that there WILL be obstacles. Her mindset has always been creative and she knew as a child that she would grow into an influential woman who has the ability to be who she is destined to be no matter opinions from her peers. With that, her mindset has been locked in to grow herself and build businesses. First stop is Bawsey Behavior Collection with growing fashion with Eye-Wear and accessories. This is only the beginning, continue to follow our journey to the top!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Aside from Bawsey Behavior Collection, Arianna has obtained work with other businesses and corporations. To be honest, it is challenging to grow a business as a Sole Proprietor and maintain living comfortably nowadays. The ultimate goal is to grow the business and maintain a lifestyle to not depend on working under others but, with them.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A few places/areas that we had in mind were the Colony Square area in the Politan Row food hall, Chattahoochee Food Works for a variety of food options, Your 3rd Spot for good vibes, and more! It is so much to do in Atlanta from food and drinks, entertainment, and just good vibes.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
