We had the good fortune of connecting with Ayanna Jubeark and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ayanna, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent is create multiple streams of income that are going to create generational wealth for them. It’s important to me that they have a leg up in life to have all the resources and finances available to be the best versions of themselves

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
What I’m proud of the most is having a goal and continuing to strive every day to met or exceed that goal. I started this journey in my kitchen whipping up mixtures to help soothe the itch and irritating symptoms of eczema that my family has dealt with for years. After seeing results I had the idea that my mixtures could possibly help someone else. Now here we are 3 years later and still continuing to grow and help those in there skin care healing journey.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Here in Birmingham,Al there is up and coming restaurants and a new vibrant club scene. For a week long trip we have to start off at Casanova for great drinks and Vibes. For breakfast we surely can’t leave out The Big Bad Breakfast in Homewood. Chilling and unwinding we have to go to Top Golf in the uptown region followed by a stroll through city walk. And last but not least can’t forget the send off treat of some stupid hot wings from Eugene’s chicken.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my family and friends that’s always pushing me into greatness. The biggest shoutout of all goes to my mother. Susan P. She is my driving force and the reason I’m the Wonderful Woman that I am today.
