We had the good fortune of connecting with Mike Kelleher and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mike, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor to my success is twofold. Remaining passionate about my craft and being true to myself.

What should our readers know about your business?
I officially opened the doors of (R)Evolution July 5, 2021, and have been lucky enough to have thrived since. It was not an easy or simple choice to embark on the journey of becoming a business owner, but I was just ignorant enough to think I could do it, and I did. The challenges were many, but there was no other path. I started this business and it was going to succeed, there was no other option. You overcome by continuing to move forward. There is no turning back.

I have learned a lot of hard lessons over the years. Becoming a business owner has both been the hardest and most fulfilling happening I have encountered in my lifetime. You have to be committed to the business. The majority of time, focus, thought, is spent on and at the office. Relationships can and do suffer, but it was something I was meant to do.

I am the most proud about how (R)Evolution has flourished and grown so quickly, but still maintaining the vision and not wavering in any way. I opened the doors July of 2021 in Decatur, GA, and have been awarded Best MedSpa Decatur 2022, 2023, and enshrined in the Decatur Business Hall Of Fame. Not too bad.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well…Firstly, (R)Evolution to get looking our best. Then we have to go hit the Beltline, Little Five, Decatur. Those are my places. Oysters and Absinthe at Kimball House is a must.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I believe one has to attribute success to not only one’s drive, dreams, and determination, but to the history of experiences in the past. This success is the culmination of past and current, personal and business relationships, circumstances, failures, wins, etc..Whether they be good or bad. I have to reflect upon all of this.
