We had the good fortune of connecting with Saige Noelle and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Saige, why did you pursue a creative career?
I know my purpose is to sing and move people with my voice. I know that I was made to create art that helps humanity.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud that I haven’t given up on my dreams and I’m making the music that I want to hear. Through out this journey, I have experienced a lot of building up and breaking down. A lot of undoing and reinventing of self. I’ve learned how to ask for help when executing my ideas, I’ve learned how to say no and ask for my worth. I’ve learned to tell the difference between when something is challenging or when something is not aligned with me. I want the world to know my voice and know that when Saige Noelle pops up on their playlist or radio, their day is going to feel a little better, that you’ll be seen and considered and that soul music and R&B music is not dead because I’m here.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shoutout my supporters who listen to my music, send me thoughtful and encouraging messages, and support me anyway they can. I’d also like to shoutout my my mother and late father who instilled the love of music in me, and let me be a creative child. I am still nourishing that little girl today.
