Hi Julius, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business was that I didn’t want to be a worker anymore. I want to create generational wealth for my future family because I see where I’m at now with no structure or foundation doesn’t give you much options. I want to change that for my lineage and help those who still stuck reach my same goals.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m a artist musically and artistically. My artist name is Jay Juls. I’m set differently from the rest because I’m me but in reality I believe we all the same when it comes to starting to create generational wealth coming where I’m coming from. I got to where I’m at professional just being me. I can’t explain it no other way besides saying if something intrigues me I invest in it especially since I see and know the benefits of the path I’ve chosen. Currently I face challenges everyday but it’s how you deal with them effectively that shows the true outcome, so I can say nothings easy if not accessed correctly. Lessons I’ve learned are know your worth, work efficiently at your pace never rush, also professionalism is key when making real business moves. I want the world to know P.C.R. Ent supports the creative making they own way with their own talent.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend visited the area to show them a good time I would take them to the places they interested in. It would be a mix between outside food and cooking something up depending on the mood. I cant really say things would be planned unless it’s something they would really want to do.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would want to dedicate a shoutout to the late great Nipsey Hussle, Master P, Kobe, etc. really any positive influence pushing a positive narrative for my people. Whether it’s mentally, physically, or emotionally many people I could say influenced me to take these steps to better myself but I would give the most credit and recognition to myself being that I applied the mindset on my own and been holding fast about it regardless of the disapproval I receive.
