We had the good fortune of connecting with Karyn Elle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Karyn, what do you attribute your success to?
I think for me, the most important factor of my success and the success of my brand Sayith LOUD has been my authenticity. Honoring what I am good at, what I believe in as my brand and staying true to that. I think my success has also been my work ethic. i eat, sleep, love, Sayith Loud and that comes across in my body of work. I didn’t build a brand on just colors and logos, I build a platform and identity for myself and Sayith loud and that took dedication, hard work and forward thinking. As a creative in this journey I have also learned myself. What i value as success, What I value as a successful project, What i value as hard work. In growing myself and my company I have learned alot about me. W\ho I am as a leader, what keeps me going. And what recently I have learned is that success is not the same for all of us.The starting line and finish line isnt the same for everyone, because we don’t all start at the same place. I had to learn that, and give myself grace.
The next big piece of my success was learning when to rest. As a creative I learned that as much as I work, I needed time and space to be creative, to be inspired, and to take in life. I learned that in order to be the best for my brand, fans and self I needed to fill my own cup. Sayith loud is always quality over quantity.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Sayith Loud LLC is a boutique media company. I specialize in consulting for up and coming podcast and podcasters, giving them the tools they need to get started and be successful without the bullshit and fluff for a price that is reasonable. I had alot of people reaching out to me for support with their podcast and I decided to add that to me menu of services. Most podcast companies don’t cater to my clientel, but we have a voice, a say and talent. I want to support those people. I also offer podcast coaching where i work with brand for months as a support system. I offer writing services, I have written ad copy, intros, content website, newsletters, emails, etc. Our writing services came from me doing this work and putting my english teaching career into Sayith loud. We also offer a “Kick it with Karyn” call. This is low stakes therapy, no Im not a therapist but sometimes people need a voice, good energy, a cheer leader or just need advice. Karyn Elle is here for all of it. My ultimate goal is to write a few TV projects for my own Roku Channel. Its been in the works and I continue to write and work with other writers to bring TV to the masses that embodies who I am. I am excited to get the channel up and running and really brining my vision to life. Not only in the TV, movies and writing but also giving artist and new fresh talent a platform to grow. I’m excited to bring that to life. I meet to many talented creatives and I really want to give those people a shot. Sayith Loud TV will bring fashion, music, writers together with me behind the wheel. I can see it now.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love traveling, museums, eating and taking in any given city. Depending where I am? Because I go from woods and tents to five star hotels. Some things I love to do on a weeks trip or if my friends visit are, Definately museums by day, art museums are the best. I love sightseeing so I am big on touching any cities most talked about photo ops. Can’t visit anywhere without stating the food. and as a foodie I love eating whatever is native to the place I’m visitng, Paella in Spain, Catfish in New Orleans. Chicken and Waffles in Atlanta. Stay true to the culture of where ever your visiting. I love dining experiences so from the side of a building to a roof top bar I am always looking for something different from the usual. And evenings are the best, after a long day its shower and sexy heel time. Jazz clubs, lounges and congac are a staple for me. I love to take in a concert in a intimate lounger or club.

As a brand, voice, podcaster and business owner, the truth is….. none of that matters, if you don’t have fans who invest, listen, support, love, subscribe, reshare, and join in the work you are doing. You have nothing.
So Shout out to my followers, guest, listeners, subscribers, patrons, donators, belivers, DMers who share messages to keep me motivated and the entire Sayith LOUD squad. I need you more than you need me. But you all made me. I started this wondering who would listen, and not only did you listen, you made my dream a reality. And I couldn’t be more greatful.
