We had the good fortune of connecting with Abrielle Wilson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Abrielle, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success, is remaining who I am. I don’t allow anything or anyone to come in and alter who God has called me to be. I have created my own lane.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
One lesson that I learned along the way, is that you have to be consistent with anything that you are doing. You cannot worry about who supports you and who doesn’t, if you want to reap from your harvest, you have to sow in the areas that you need to.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out my modeling company Polished Models. Prestina and Tiffany have helped me to polish my brand. From re-learning how to do my runway walk, proper posing, etc, they really set the standard for modeling.

They take time with each model to get to know them and are constantly seeking out what works best for each particular model. They are not recognized enough. So if you’re in the Detroit area, looking for a modeling agency, Polished is the way to go.
