Hi Dr. Carmen and Jouan, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Our thought process behind starting our own business was not trading our time for money, being more independent, having time freedom building generational wealth, and having additional streams of income.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Phyzio Trivia has been a wonderful journey. We never thought we would be game creators but God gave us a vision to bring to fruition. We didn’t have much guidance but had great support from family friends. If you know anyone in the physical therapy field or wanting to be in the physical therapy field this is the game for them. This can be used for the perfect game night and/or a study tool.

Top Notch Physical Therapy is a mobile physical therapy practice. We have overcome many challenges while expanding our brand. Being entrepreneurs is not for everyone but we desire time freedom, generational wealth and using the gifts God gave us to hep others. We love working with our clients one on one and being involved with the community to give our support.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We would like to shout out our Alma Mater Alabama State University where we earned our doctorate degree in physical therapy. We had a lot of ups and downs but if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t be where we are now.
