We had the good fortune of connecting with Rehanna F and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rehanna, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my business I would say is consistency and the support I receive from my friends and family . I have seen a lot of individuals in the past 3 years let good opportunities in this field pass because they weren’t consistent . I chose to stay on top of it and it has been an absolute blessing.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I own my small business Loonyz Balloonz . We specialize in AFFORDABLE balloon art and decor in the GTA and surrounding areas . What sets me apart from other is the simple fact that I enjoy my craft and use it as therapy . I’m not only in it for the money . Im most proud of the relationships and friendships I have built over the years . I am also very proud of my accomplishments and how far I have come since 3 years ago . One of my greatest accomplishments was being able to work alongside other balloon artists to complete a job for Justin Bieber and his family .

The greatest lesson I have learned over the years is stay consistent and honest . People gravitate to those attributes .

I just want the world to know how passionate I am about my craft . I really strive to provide top tier fair service .

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hopefully they are visiting in the summer because I’m NOT a winter person. Luckily in Toronto there are endless options and we are lucky enough to have new and exciting things introduced every summer .

I would definitely take them to port credit or lakeshore . So much to see and honestly very calming . I love the mom and pop vibes around these areas . So many cute food and shopping spots to visit it’s almost endless .

It wouldn’t be a trip if I didn’t take my guest to the downtown Core. CN tower ,ripleys,graffiti alley , rooftop patios ,mom and pop restaurants ,yonge and Dundas just to name a few .

I definitely love the idea of picnicking and love GREAT food .I feel like i am
Not the type to plan and make reservations though in terms of where I want to eat . Spontaneous outings are always lovely . Especially when someone new is coming into town .

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to shout out my family especially my children ,momma and partner . Literally could not do any of this without them . Waking them up early in the morning ,asking for their hand and they never expect anything in return ,all nighters . Could never repay them .
