Meet Zipporah Cooper | Writer and social media influencer & charity foundation owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zipporah Cooper and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zipporah, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
My Impact for my daughter is her seeing me write movie scripts.I wrote a heartfelt hero story for script called Rumble La and my 4 year old daughter Helena always ask me when is it coming out and I tell her the movie making process and she still ask about Rumble La as if she didn’t understand a word I said me going for gold on my achieving my goals is her driving force towards her own self esteem when it comes to overcoming obstacles so she can feel the rewards of succeeding at her own personalgoal.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am Zipporah Cooper. I am the president of a nonprofit foundation called uponthisrockfoundation world Incorporated I want to partner with all foundations to achieve different agendas to cover the world with love and light and unity of the faith in God so all people can see anything is possible if you believe and act on faith. I am developing a film and music entertainment company with a marketing and business acquisition firm with the same name FullWave. The road to getting top Executives and actors to read my work has not been easy nor did I expect it to. I had denial letters from publishing firms that didn’t understand my creative voice before going to Essence magazine.I have been trying for 3 and half years to become a published author. My manuscript is called Queens vs Concubines based on the principles of the bible it describes the influences all women see in the world through media. The queen image and the Concubine and what age do both images have an effect on all of us as women. And how we choose an evolve into those images and usually with a ironic story to tell so I tell my own story and compare apples to oranges in my book.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
That day if she felt up to it we would go to the water park that just open in clayton county the second actvity is to go to lunch at that burger and later that night if she felt like being active we head to sky zone or the roll and bounce skate arena in cascade. Sunday is church at my parents church is located in Jonesboro.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Essence magazine chief editor Constance White for agreeing to publish my book when I finish these last 200 pages and the cast of half and half for agreeing to a possible reboot if they like my script for the new reboot series half and half happy ever after and Yvette Lee Broswer for encouraging me to write 3 episodes to show the President of abc Kimberly Godwin in pitch meeting presentation and sofia Lopez of shoutout Atlanta for recognizing me for this interview.
