Hi Ebony, what’s one piece of conventional advice that you disagree with?
It really frustrates me whenever I hear entrepreneurs say consistency is key. While I agree you have to show up for your brand every day. It takes more than just consistency. You can consistently put out bad content or consistently produce poor quality products and service but that’s not going to lead to success. I think strategy is more important than anything else.

What should our readers know about your business?
Coaches and course creators rely on my strategic, solution-driven business sense and uncanny business development superpowers to transform their skills, talents, and ideas into successful coaching programs that pull in consistent revenue while getting your clients’ braggadocios results month after month.

I think what got me to where I am today is learning to listen to my audience. When I first started out, I would create products and services that I thought my audience wanted, but when I presented it to them the response was underwhelming, lol.

There’s a quote by Henry Ford that says, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” And this is something that I always consider when creating new products and services. I learned to ask my audience what they wanted and dissect that to understand what they really want.

Because of that I’ve been able to create products and services that are like comparing apples to oranges when it comes to my competitors and having a competitive advantage.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’ve invest tens of thousand of dollars into my business, work with lots of coaches, take all kinds of courses and participated in masterminds and the best investment I ever made was learning the skill of copywriting from Apryl Beverly. It’s the single skill that led me to up leveling my social media game, my email marketing game and boosting my sales year after year.
