We had the good fortune of connecting with Chivaria Cooper and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chivaria, what is the most important factor behind your success?
To always keep a positive outlook regardless of the situation, continue to stay motivated having a journal or plan, and remain grateful through the process and for all opportunities because you create your reality.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a health and wellness coach creating various content on my YouTube channel Pure Shadee and various social media platforms. I aim to inspire others that they can aid in healing from the foods they eat daily, the products the apply on the body, and by the jewelry worn. What sets me apart from others is that, one, I am vegan and, two, I’m very passionate about what I speak about because I myself went through the journey of changing my entire lifestyle and what better way to share with others on how they are able to do the same for themselves if they desire to do so. What I’m most excited about is actually when I first starting my YouTube channel in 2020, I stopped procrastinating and just started with what I already had. I’m also excited for what is to come because I have so much in store for my brand Pure Shadee. Getting where I am today took patience, consistency, dedication, focus and always believing in myself. Was it easy, definitely not. There were many days I would get frustrated with technical issues and have no desire to keep going but I overcame those obstacles by constantly being grateful, keeping a positive mind and remembering why I started in the first place. Some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way is timing is everything and that when you have a grateful heart and mind you are more susceptible to receiving your many blessings in life. I would like the world to know that my brand and Youtube channel Pure Shadee offers a space to showcase my personal journey that can help inspire others to a healthier lifestyle from various tips, vlogs, reviews, and recipes.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If one of my best friends were visiting I would take them to Piedmont Park for various festival events during the spring and summer times. . As the week progressed we would walk the Atlanta Beltline, check out the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, High Museum of Arts, and take pictures in Candytopia. We would stop into various spots with brunch options and night life so they would get the full experience of Atlanta. We would also stop in and walk and shop the areas in Little Five Points, Atlantic Station, Edgewood, and East Atlanta Village (EAV). While in EAV area we would check out Blu Cantina on Taco Tuesdays, EAV Thai and Sushi, and Flatiron Bar and Restaurant. Some other places I would take them to eat are Slutty Vegan, Hippie Hibachi, Chi Chi Vegan, food trucks downtown, and the Krog street market.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout my close friends and family for always supporting me through this entire process.
