Meet Roszella Turner | Medicine Wombman

We had the good fortune of connecting with Roszella Turner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Roszella, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“Mer Ka Nu” is Kemetic and Sanskrit; two primordial languages that I’ve integrated to create the affirmation “Lite/Light Soul Infinite Energy”. I created 12 unique affirmations during the rise of the 2020 pandemic. I remember asking myself how can I heal while being locked inside? I heard my ancestors say, “use the native tongue that is rooted in your existence.” You ever wondered why your prayers haven’t been answered? It could be that the language you use isn’t familiar to the ancient spirit guides. Therefore, for a few weeks I sun gazed which is a form of elemental therapy & the words begin creating radiant sounds as they glided from my imagination. Two years later I chant every day “Mer Ka Nu” and my heart becomes lite as a feather and finds its balance in the world; Ma’at. My prayer to anyone reading this is that you spend the rest of your days breathing with a lite heart and carry no burdens with you when your soul crosses over to the other side. Only two polarities are promised to us forever; life and death so help your heart by letting go of misery, disgrace, and resentment. -Roszella Turner

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
One day I was working at GAP and I had an epiphany and said to myself, “ I don’t need this job!” The day I stop settling was the day I stumbled upon my purpose. One day I was walking home and I was depressed due to life changing decisions I had to make. Suddenly, I realize I need a spiritual release and the only place that existed in Brownsville was the church. As I am walking home a spirit calls me into a place of worship, and I did the opposite broke down and cried. The next day I went to the library and I saw two woman from the church I attended. Next, they inform me they are leaving a life coach job as an after-school teacher. Immediately, I heard my ancestors saying this is the opportunity Im giving you. Being that they were leaving, a position was open for me. Furthermore, I never work with children in my life but my heart was pure and I was a fast learner. All in all I had a successful interview and 7 years later I am a 7th grade Math Teacher returning to school to master my skills. I want the world to know that after difficult days, God will make it worth it and reward you with a purpose on this Earth. My mission is to teach. I also teach womb wellness, fasting for longevity, and I am an energy coach. It is never easy to swim in cold water but if you keeping moving you will adapt.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom Geneva Turner
