Meet Alicia Browne | Health Coach & Personal Trainer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alicia Browne and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alicia, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I mention being fit; most people would think about aesthetics.
As I developed F.I.T. Me In Fitness LLC.
The word fit is an acronym for: Foundations. of Incorruptible. Thinking.
My business, is my calling to help individuals see themselves differently, not only in a physical sense, but in a mental, and spiritual perspective; knowing we were called for a greater purpose in life.
In today’s society that suffers from sickness, disease, and fatigue. We are viewed as living to die, instead of living to thrive. We must Heal ourselves first so we can help and heal others.
F.I.T. Me in Fitness LLC sole purpose is to heal the human.

What should our readers know about your business?
F.I.T. Me In Fitness LLC is a mobile personal training business serving the metro Atlanta area. As a certified Trainer/Heath Coach. I have had the opportunity to work with various demographics. From individuals with MS, Sickle Cell Anemia, and even Parkinson’s Disease.
Working with various populations has afforded me the chance to create my nonprofit organization called LIVE MIGHTY 360.
The organization will focus on underserved communities in Clayton County, providing tools and resources to access in physical health, mental, and spiritual health.
Being a full time entrepreneur, has been difficult at times. Believing in myself, when I moved to Atlanta 5 years ago without knowing anyone. I knew God had called me to do something great in this city. I had many times I would be up at 4am, and trained. I slept in my car, put my work before myself, just to show myself approved.
Looking back, I stayed focused knowing that one day it would pay off. My calling is bigger than me, and that is why I continue to work, to empower, and I continue to go where God leads me.
I believe some of the biggest lessons I have learned, is that although fitness training it seems like it’s for everyone; to be called to help change someone’s life is a big deal. You have the opportunity to make or break someone, build them up or tear them down. I approach all my clients as a responsibility entrusted to me. I honor that, and do my best hear them.
My story is to show that, I am a product of Grace. I am undeserving of all of the blessings I have thus far; so with gratitude I try to be a reflection of Grace.
We all have foundations , but I would urge you to see what you are standing firm on.
It’s pleasing to the eye to be aesthetically fit, but to be fit from the inside out is your strongest muscle.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
