We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyria McCorkle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyria, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
The impact that we are making and the initiative to bring accurate testing across the board.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We provide top-of-the-line mobile drug testing services, 24-hrs. a day /7-days a week. What sets MLE, LLC., apart from our competitors, is that we provide quality, professional, reliable testing services. MLE, LLC., are most proud of being the first woman and minority owned CLIA Waived Laboratory in our area.

With the assistance of Breathe University, Helping Arms Development, JCHIC Lifestyle Brand, Precis Screenings and many other trainings that provided me with the tools and knowledge to become a qualified entrepreneur.

My journey has had it’s many shares of ups and downs. I overcame by surrounding myself with my mentors. They helped me to become well-grounded and discipline to achieve my ideal goals and vision as a minority women entrepreneur.

I have learned to be very strategic and methodical with my company to achieve the levels success.

I want the world to know that it is never too later to become a master of your dream and to achieve your heart’s desire especially coming from poverty, low income, drug infested environments and a religious background that has challenged me on every angle as a strong independent female but yet open to new possibilities and opportunities. I am yet discovering my inner purpose to be an agent of change within the planet to help others to become the best version of themselves.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Our first stop is the National Black theater Festival. We would be visiting several premier shows for two days. We attended the celebrity’s ball. After attending the NBTHF. We went to dinner at Katherines. We checked into the Embassy Suits by Hilton. We had to turn in early for the night, preparing for our trip to Dubi. Did I mention we were taking our private jet from the Smith Reynolds Airport?

We had an exclusive tour of Dubi. We stayed at our Villa, along with purchasing five new villas. We went to the dessert and rode camels, had a photo shoot. There was salmon, caviar with sweet potatoes and vegetables, house salad, sangria, and an exclusive vegan spread. We left Dubi and flew to Maldives for some R and R. We had luxury a spa treatment for two days, with personal cabañas.
