We had the good fortune of connecting with Kasaundra Bryant and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kasaundra, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The important factor behind the success of my brand is perseverance. No matter what adversities I face, I don’t quit even if I have every right to. On this journey I’ve experienced many disappointments and transitions but I never quit. Making the choice to count it all joy when my faith is tested leads me to evolve, elevate and emerge every time. With God as my source I can’t loose and so I preserver. Another factor to the success of my brand is Holy Spirit, he is my plug. The success of my brand is because of Holy Spirit’s guidance. My encouragement to anyone building is to not waste another year building where you don’t belong, be integral and like Nemo, “just keep swimming”. The success of any brand is guaranteed when the choice is made to Evolve, Elevate and Emerge no matter what. Cheers to the future!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Being multifaceted has come with its struggle of finding balance. Like Gould I spend more time writing music or building my business. Whether its music, graphic design, photography or film I am most happy when I am creating. What led me to start KreativBrain Studios was my need for marketing with all that I do. I didn’t have the money or connections to have what I saw created so I learned to do it myself. I studied architecture and environmental design at Morgan State University and there I was able better cultivate my design skills. My passion for helping others build there visions also led me into the creative industry. Your brand is your identity and your marketing is your brands personality so combining all of passions in to one just made sense. I believe what led me to get to where I am today is my creative strategies and ideas because they support visionaries and pioneers who have the plan but no creative engine to make it stand out. My career in the arts has led me to travel the world and meet so many successful people within their fields. The lessons I’ve learned along the way is to not be afraid to take risks. I mean what’s the worse that can happen? Failure and rejection is a bittersweet blessing. It pushes you to define your why at every new phase of your life and career. The challenges I’ve faced in my career has challenged my character, integrity and commitment. The lessons I’ve learned from those situations is to not allow the insecurities of others dictate how you show up in a room you’re called to. Pioneers and innovators face battles that many will never hear of but will benefit from your determination to not give up. I want the world to know that I’ve conquered a lot but I never quit. So whatever you see great from me know that I’ve kept my hand to the plow and it’s because of God’s grace that I’ve obtained it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well if your visiting Baltimore or in Maryland and love nature checkout Kilgore Falls. If you’re into thrifting go visit some of the coolest shops and cafes on 36th street. If you want to experience the tourist spots visit Fells Point, Harbor East and the Inner Harbor. Some food recommendations would be to get a chicken box and half and half,  or visit visit Moe’s Seafood for a nice crab cake (The Moe’s Trio highly recommended lol), and finally end the day off with the Banana Pudding Ice Cream from BMore Licks. There’s so many hidden gems in Baltimore, Maryland!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to shout out my biggest supporters, my Husband, Devin Bryant, mom, dad, siblings, nieces and nephews. My executive team and clients of KreativBrain Studios. My mentor Apostle Jorah Kiah and church family of Destiny Door Global Ministries. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to my personal, professional and spiritual growth. Thank you!
