Hi Donna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I worked for a TLC Detox teas company prior to taking Sierra From Love and Hip Hops class and I knew that I would have access to women through the Beauty Industry and Than I could add another income to my bank account when I was also doing air bnb at my House that I paid in full in Macon GA. I’m always thinking about Multiple streams of income!

Hi my Name is Donna Andujar! Author of “Celebrities are Groupies Too” Owner of Glam Starr Rentals! Owner of Glam Starr Brow Bar Spa & Academy! NYC Brooklyn Born! Puerto Rican! Rapper/Singer over all Serial Entrepreneur! My main occupation right now is running my Microblading business in Riverdale GA! I started Sept 8th 2020! By March of 2020 I had already made my 1st 30k in one month! I took Sierra’s class from Love and Hip Hop. It was the fundamentals of Microblading! After six months of Microblading I opened up my Glam Starr Academy! Teaching other Women Starter Microblading classes! Virtually, one on one, and Conference classes, even custom classes! I quickly understood that making money is all about numbers! Marketing! And setting the bar! And pairing services in my classes! Lessons that I learned is to block out the nose! Wake up every morning at 8am! And ignore the hate! It comes with the fame!! People don’t talk or watch people who aren’t going to amount to anything! I have women trying to put me down who’ve been in the industry for years!! But they saw something in me! It’s my Drive! Drive will always surpass expertise! They’re not mad at me! Hell They don’t even know me! They’re mad at my drive! A beautiful women!! Confident, Smart, and most of all Winning!! What I want people to remember me for is a minority that made it out the hood! Beat all the odds stacked against me! And most importantly giving back!! I love to help people to a fault! But God sees everything and he hadn’t forgotten about me!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami! Miami! Miami! Miami is a vibe! Collins Ave! Hands down! Can’t tell you about other countries because outside of Puerto Rico I haven’t been out of the country, even tho Puerto Rico technically is part of the USA! But Miami has always been my 2nd home! I’m enough excitement to be around also! But when I go on trips! All I can think about is doing conference classes in that State!  Any trip I go on will always consist of Marketing and motivational speeches for women, I’m a true Workaholic. #Glamstarrs
