We had the good fortune of connecting with Ola Kimble and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ola, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
As a wife, mother, full-time corporate professional and entrepreneur, when it comes to work-life balance, I look for ways to have work-life harmony. There are some seasons where work has to be the priority and others where life must be my full focus. After making the decision to be committed to building my business, my idea of balance has definitely changed in how I prioritize my attention, what I choose to entertain, and who I spend my time with. In short, I have become relentless with my time, energy, and attention. One thing that helps me with balance/harmony is establishing routines that include my non-negotiables which ground me. In order for me to produce with my best effort, I have to make sure I am well prepared and I do that with my routines.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am the Founder of Collective Vision Consulting. I help entrepreneurs systemize their time so that they have more freedom in their business and in life. I am not your average productivity coach, my goal is to help more entrepreneurs put down the busy badge of honor and I do so by helping entrepreneurs repair their relationship with time. I’m most excited about my new small group coaching program that will be launching at the end of 2021. This is a culmination of years of helping my 1:1 clients become more productive and achieving some of their wildest goals.

There have been many challenges that have come up since entering the entrepreneurship pathway, most of which have been overcoming mindset blocks. The number one lesson that I’ve learned has been to understand that entrepreneurship is an act of personal development. You are constantly working towards improvement in all aspects of your life.

When discussing my brand, I want the world to know that I am all about showing people that their wealth is in the power they have to command their time. After working with me, my clients feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and they value progress over perfection which leads to higher productivity, and goal achievement.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh goodness! I’m such a homebody but I would have to say: We would visit the Georgia Aquarium
Lunch in Ponce City Market
Shopping and dinner in Buckhead
Catch a live event

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout first, my husband. He has been the best soundboard, prayer partner, and accountability partner. Second, my community. I have some of the best women in my circle who not only support and pour into me but allow me to do the same for them. I’m incredibly grateful for my chosen ones!
