Hi Kayla, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
This is a rather funny question because the quote that is my all time favorite actually came from my sister reciting it from a program that she was apart of .

“EXCUSES…
Excuses are the tools of the weak and incompetent. They build bridges to nowhere and tunnels to nothingness… Those who excel in them seldom do in anything else, therefore, there are no excuses.

This is so important to because I stand firm in believing this . I am not found of excuses or sob-stories because we are all in control of our own lives and destiny. Once you have trained your mind to be in control the sky is the LIMIT

What should our readers know about your business?
I actually am the founder of a few different businesses that I am super excited to share with you all .

Go hookah Atl is the first business that I’d like to spotlight . This business initially starting off as a partnership but eventually I ended up running it as a individual business . The mission was to provide a high quality hookah experience for my targeted audience . I actually started off only selling hookahs and that was it but I knew the vision had to be bigger . Since then I have been able to make a name for myself in atlanta and expand to hookah catering for private gatherings, wholesaling to businesses and also selling a wide variety of quality tobacco products .

The next business that I’d like to spot light is Generation of substance . Generation of substance is a small organization where we help establish small businesses and pour knowledge back into our community . We offer business coachings , mindset skill building classes , credit training , mentor ship programs and much much more . We are working to get our program into local schools to help and educate with financial literacy and leadership skills .

My last business that I am super proud of is Atlanta Construction & Management Group

This business has really allowed my family the ability to offer a wide range of needed services for everyday people and businesses. We pride ourselves on being a professional construction company as well as management company . We operate and help others operate short term rentals as well as stagings , cleanings , and managing units . We are hoping to partner with more people in the atlanta area to provide quality services to .

I think the reason these business has been successful thus far is because we were willing to take a risk and try something new . Like they always say “ chances makes champions “ I’m a firm believer of doing things even if it scares the hell out of you ! No risk no reward !

I’ve learned ALOT of things along the way but the main thing I’ve learned is to maintain focus and have a TUNNEL vision . Limit distractions and always keep a open mind .

I want the world to know that their are still young professionals that exist and that aren’t afraid of hard work !

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well .. if I had a friend visiting the atlanta area I’d definitely recommend them to my new favorite restaurants MOJAVE . The food , drinks and atmosphere is amazing !

Now honestly I haven’t spent a lot of times exploring atlanta and I’m a easy going person so I’d probably recommend riding scooters on the beltline you never know what you’ll see !

And also impulse karaoke is a GREAT spot

I’d definitely like to recognize my small but powerful support system . First and foremost I am firm believer and surrounding yourself by good solid people and people you aspire to be like in order to get where you are going . I have to recognize my top supporters / impactful people
