Meet Jeffrey Releford: Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeffrey Releford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeffrey, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I realized how important it is to have purpose in your life when I discovered my own. Furthermore, I was saddened when I noticed that people around me didn’t know their life’s purpose. This is when I decided to make it my mission to help others manifest their dreams.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a life coach that specializes in finding your purpose. The name of my business is called Redirect Regroup Refocus. I have a full proof system that ensures that you shift your mindset, promote self awareness that then forces you to a call to action. With these three tools you are able to achieve whatever goals that are within your reach. My system also uses 3 biblical principles in order to do that. I got to where I am today by continuously working with people that see something in myself to add value to their businesses as i add value to myself. I have the first non profit pay what you can life coaching business in the country located in the city of Gary Indiana called R3 guide services. It was not easy to get to this point. I had to keep operating in my gift of motivating and inspiring others. Consistency is definitely the key to success. I have learned that everyone is not in your corner or really will not understand what you are doing when you are walking in your purpose. Its best to keep those around who see in your vision and want to see you grow and be successful rather than the haters and negative people. I want the world to know that Redirect Regroup Refocus is more than just life coaching. It is a way of life to make a positive change in your life to be successful in all that you do according to Gods will and purpose for your life.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well currently I stay in Lansing Illinois. I am about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. With that being said first we would go to the tallest building in Chicago, Sears Tower. At the top floor there is a beautiful viewing deck to see all of Chicago. Next we would go to Millennium Park to view the infamous Bean. We would also walk to Buckingham fountain which was donated to the city by Queen Elizabeth. Then we would go to a bulls game at the iconic United Center. Lastly we would travel to Wrigleyville where there are a number of bars, restaurants and shops.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this shout out to everyone who I have come in contact with who has played a role in my success.
